Built a cloud-native modernisation initiative focused on transforming fragmented enterprise data workflows into a scalable, AI-ready operational ecosystem on GCP. By rethinking how data infrastructure, workflow orchestration, and platform scalability intersect, the project laid the foundation for faster analytics, intelligent automation, and future AI-driven capabilities, turning what began as a modernisation effort into a strategic evolution of the platform itself.

Associate Product Manager
Led a strategic cloud modernisation initiative that expanded Rocket Software DI beyond its traditional legacy and distributed ecosystem footprint into a next-generation hybrid multi-cloud data intelligence platform. By identifying a major shift in how enterprises were rebuilding their data architectures, the initiative helped unlock new enterprise opportunities, drive early customer adoption, and establish Rocket’s position within modern cloud governance, analytics, and real-time data ecosystems.
Designing a Data-Driven Product Prioritisation Model

Built a scalable prioritisation and roadmap governance system that standardised how strategic initiatives, customer requests, and technical investments were evaluated across teams. The initiative improved roadmap predictability by 25% and enabled faster, more collaborative product decision-making.
Driving APAC Growth Through Metadata Intelligence
Associate Product Manager
Led a strategic lineage expansion initiative for a key Taiwan-based reseller partner, improving end-to-end lineage completeness from 65% to 90% across enterprise environments. Spearheaded the launch of Redshift SQL, Vertica Stored Procedures, and Teradata FastLoad support within the DI platform, enabling 4 new enterprise deals while strengthening the product’s positioning for growing AWS and Teradata adoption across the APAC market.

Designing an AI-Driven Trend Forecasting Framework for the Fashion Retail industry
MBA - Management Project
Designed a scalable AI-driven framework to predict trends and forecast demand in fashion retail by combining social, transactional, and behavioural data with machine learning models. The work focused on structuring how different AI techniques can be applied based on data availability and integrating human judgement into the decision loop, enabling more accurate, adaptable, and business-relevant forecasting across industries.

Defining Go-To-Market Strategy for Revolut’s Premium Offering
MBA - Marketing Project
Defined a go-to-market strategy for Revolut’s premium offering in the UK by analysing the neo-bank landscape, customer behaviour, and competitive positioning. The work focused on identifying high-potential segments (Gen-Z), shaping product positioning, and designing an integrated marketing strategy to drive adoption, engagement, and long-term growth.

Google Maps Monetization
Case Study
Analysed monetisation opportunities within Google Maps by leveraging high-intent user behaviour and location context. Designed a system of geo-triggered, personalised recommendations and sponsored placements that align with user intent rather than interrupt it. The approach balances revenue generation with user trust, focusing on contextual discovery, conversion-based pricing models, and enhancing decision-making for users in real time.

Spotify Improvement
Case Study
Explored how Spotify can evolve from a passive listening platform into a more interactive and socially engaging experience. Identified gaps in real-time interaction and artist–fan connectivity, and proposed solutions like shared listening sessions, artist-led experiences, and live concert streaming. The work focused on increasing user engagement, strengthening the creator ecosystem, and unlocking new monetisation opportunities while maintaining Spotify’s core simplicity.

Designing a More Intuitive Canva Experience (PRD)
Case Study
Redesigned Canva’s onboarding and early user experience to improve conversion and engagement by introducing interactive previews, simplified user flows, and personalised entry points. The work focused on reducing drop-offs across the acquisition funnel and helping users quickly realise product value within their first session.

Diagnosing Ride Cancellations in Uber (RCA)
Case Study
Investigated a spike in ride cancellations by breaking down the end-to-end ride lifecycle and analysing potential user, driver, and system-level factors. Identified a critical issue in the driver application caused by a recent release, where a UI interaction unintentionally triggered ride cancellations. The solution included immediate rollback, system fixes, and improved safeguards, highlighting a structured approach to diagnosing and resolving real-world product issues.

Case Study
Evaluated WhatsApp’s evolution from a messaging app to a broader communication platform, identifying opportunities in business tooling, privacy controls, and user customisation. Proposed enhancements focused on enabling richer business interactions, improving trust through better moderation and privacy features, and expanding platform capabilities while preserving its core simplicity and reliability.
